Welcome to the Admirals Inn and Gunpowder Suites in Antigua a boutique hotel with historical charm, casual elegance and friendly personal service set in a UNESCO World Heritage site. Admirals Inn and Gunpowder Suites is set in four historic buildings dating from the 18th century and four newer cottages housing 32 rooms and suites in a secluded section of English Harbour on the south coast of Antigua. There are 18 rooms on the Admirals Inn side in historic Nelson's Dockyard which is now used as a marina for elegant yachts and 12 suites and 2 rooms surrounding the 19th century Gunpowder magazine on a point 100 yards across the water. We have 2 restaurants, Pillars and Boom, a spectacular infinity edged pool with daybeds and hammocks, a spa, lush gardens, a small beach, complimentary use of kayaks, paddleboards, snorkel gear and a boat shuttle between the 2 sides and to the swimming beach and reef in the outer harbour. The hotel provides the perfect place to relax or you can enjoy sailing, tennis, scuba diving, hiking, snorkeling and walking to multiple restaurants and shops all within 5 minutes.
